went to work,

reported sick at 10pm.

got myself two days MC.

beeen having headache and short of breathness

directly after coughing. and head hurts.

reached bck to company line arnd 12.45pm

ate abit of lunch then do some work in camp.

1.30pm i left camp and straight went home.

arnd 5pm meeet darl at her new workplace.

she toook her new uniform (top)

and we had early dinner @ jalan kayu.

intention was to play badminton in the evening,

so she came over to my place.

woke up with throat pain.
